Assalamualaikum Warahamathulahi Wabarakatuhu
We have been sinning for years …. Why didn’t ALLAH (Subhana Wa’Thala) PUNISH US? ….
If we commit a mistake in home/ school or wherever, we would get warning for the first time, second time and third time, and for the forth time it will be a SMACK or SCOLD….
But, we are been committing sins for years and years and years, we know ALLAH (Subhana Wa’Thala) is WATCHIG over us each and every day. Then why didn’t OUR RABB punish us? If we ask , YA RABBI I’ve been committing sins for years and you’re watching all of it committed in Darkness and Light. Why didn’t you punish me?
The answer is simple.
ALLAH (Subhana Wa’Thala) says in the Holy Qura’an :
” If ALLAH were to punish men according to what they deserve, He would not leave on the surface of the earth. a single living creature: but He gives them time for a stated term (period): when their Term expires (Death arrives), verily ALLAH has in His sight all His servants. ” [SURAH FATIR, VERSE 45]
So, ALLAH (Subhana Wa’Thala) the most merciful and oft-forgiving is giving us time to repent. Giving us Time to come back to Him. Giving us Time to call unto Him. Let’s utilize this Time now it self and run back to OUR RABB OUR LORD OUR ALLAH (Subhana Wa’Thala). Who shall as accept us by forgiving us. In’Sha’ALLAH.
