Al-Aqsa is the masjid, that was the first Qiblah (Kiblah) position, to which Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (Salallahu Wa’Alaihiwassalam) and his Sahabas (Companions) used to stand and pray at. Al-Aqsa is placed in Palestine i.e.., in Old Jerusalem city.

This Al-Aqsa Masjid is also called as Bayt Al-Muqaddas.

Anas (Radiyallah Anhu) has reported that:

The Messenger of Allah Muhammad (Salallahu Wa’Alaihiwassalam) used to pray towards the Bayt-Al-Muqaddas, that it was revealed (to him):” Indeed We see the turning of the face to heaven, wherefore We shall assuredly cause thee to turn towards the Qiblah (Kiblah), which shall please thee. So turn thy face towards the sacred Mosque (Ka’ba)”

(Reference: Sahih Muslim, Hadith #1075)

When Rasuallah was praying looking at the masjid of Al-Aqsa (as it was the first Qiblah), once he had completed the 2 rakaths of the salah and was standing in Rukoo position, ALLAH sent down the Angel Gibriel (Alaihi’Wasslam), who informed Rasualallah that the Qiblah position has changed towards the Mecca i.e.., the Ka’ba. After which the Ka’ba is the Qiblah position for everyone to pray Salah, facing it.

This is the real picture of the sacred masjid Al-Aqsa. But, the media and people are trying to fool all Muslims, by making us misunderstand that the Golden Color domed, which is actually the Dome of Rock and not Al-Aqsa at all. So dear Muslims brothers and sisters don’t get fooled by the media. Non-Muslims are trying to destroy this Al-Aqsa masjid, by making us fool over the Dome Of Rock masjid. Be Aware and keep sharing this message.

Remember the real masjid Al-Aqsa would not be in Golden Color. It would be in the color as shown in the above picture.
